讲授物理化学(本科生)、电化学研究方法(研究生)课程。从事电池、电催化、腐蚀的电化学基础研究。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、湖北省自然科学基金重点项目等,获湖北省技术发明奖二等奖(第一完成人)。
